First I'll see where you're at and adjust it based on that. But we'll do different intervals of explosive and strength reps, sprints and compound moves. Each day will increase in difficulty with the expectation you are not allowed to stop no matter what. I'll add motivating factors such as modifying certain terrains to be more dangerous and unique and some of the weights weights and kettle bells might or might not be set to explode if you stop. You stop, you die.
